How to use
It is best to take a bath in the evening before going to bed. Adjust the temperature of the water to your liking, and add about 30-40 grams of salt per 100 liters of water. Make sure the salt dissolves properly. It is recommended to soak in the saltwater for 15-20 minutes, 1-2 times a week for maximum effectiveness.
